Sub surface irrigation systems eliminates stains on expensive masonry, and dangerous pools of water on sidewalks and entrances, and reduce costly maintenance costs associated with sprinklers and drip.

KISSS Capillary Irrigation uses patented water transmitting geo-textile, high quality drip tubing, a dispersion layer and a very crucial anti-percolation layer to create the most advanced, efficient, and effective irrigation system in the world today. All of these components work together to achieve a more uniform wetting pattern; and also stops downward percolation of water after leaving the drip emitters. Additionally, the anti-percolation layer is only 4” wide and is typically spaced at 20” on center, so it will not impede drainage capabilities of roof systems.

KISSS irrigation is most successfully installed for new construction green roof and living wall projects. Sprinklers and drip systems are not an effective irrigation solution for green roofs and roof gardens. Only the KISSS subsurface irrigation system can provide full and even coverage to all green roofs.
